Hey there. Im in Lexington, KY. My fathers/my 997 C2s had the Dension 500BT installed by an audio company in town but it is malfunctioning, and has been since the install. The installer said he had never done one before, and refunded us the money because it did not work correctly.

It will randomly work, and I can connect my phone, use bluetooth, stream via the "CD" option on the NAV unit, etc..

However, the next time I get in the car, the entire NAV unit goes haywire and doesn't work, and the Dension unit doesn't work at all.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I may just try to go through the instructions and DIY to make sure he did everything correctly but I would much prefer someone who has more experience.
