I very much value quality, reliability and durability as my car tastes evolve. Lexus delivers these characteristics in spades. Their attention to detail is incredible; unmatched in the industry imho.
3K miles in, my notes reveal that the atkinson-enabled, direct+port injected, ti-valved, forged con-rodded 5 liter engine is silky smooth across the rev range. The NA V8 snarls when you want it to snapping up torque converter locked upshifts and downshifts as fast as your competing DCTs without the crawl speed oddities. Set it in ECO and the coupe can coddle you in conf calls all day meeting-to-meeting. Radar cruise makes intra-state driving a dream. LFA dev sourced CF roof/spoiler add that racy touch. Add to all this the gundam aesthetic w/ the tri-beamed LED projector lit eyes that makes a bold statement at any angle day/night = you've won me over.
Aside from an aftermarket exhaust I'll add at some point (finished in black), and perhaps a more aggressive carbon fiber wing from Japan, I'm pretty much done. Where Lexus can continue to improve their F line is to offer up suspension adjustability out of the box like the Porsche GTX program.
Looks badass with the wheels and lowering! The OE wheels on the RCF are some of the worst i've seen on any car in recent memory but your additions transform the car.
