Could someone tell me if these fault codes are battery related

I just bought this 997 turbo a few weeks ago and have a few fault codes that I need some help with. The car only has 13,000 miles on it and is still under the CPO warranty for another few weeks.

What are your thoughts on these codes?

C130 Communication steering wheel electronics (comfort)
C152 Communication PSM control unit (drive)
C140 Communication instrument cluster (display)
8041 Key switch stuck
C140 Communication instrument cluster (display)
C142 Communication stopwatch control unit (display)
8001 over/under voltage
C102 CAN Single-wire operation "Comfort"

I have a key fob that won't unlock the car but instead, unlatches the hood every time I try to lock the car... The car battery tests 11.98 volts with a volt meter. I don't know how old it is.

Any advice or information is appreciated
Dan

I would pass by the dealer and have them clear fault codes with their PIWIS system, or clear faults with a durametric cable if you have one.

Some of those popped up on my car from time to time and cleared with my durametric.

Not sure if battery related.
