I had my 996 TT 2001 for a 111 point check at my Porsche dealer and they told me this was an aftermarket amplifier they never had seen before. I wanted the oem one, and bought one. When I removed the amplifier, I saw it had Porsche sticker and a Porsche part#. What I have found out lately is that it is an upgrade available via acessories. Anyway, I put the oem I bought in and I dont need this one. Actually I felt the oem one sounded better than this... I also have the trim and mounting bracket for it. See pictures.
If anyone is interested, I will ship it to you so you can test it. You only pay shipping which I believe is about 50 usd from Norway. PayPal.
