Asking my questions on both relevant sixspeed forums, even though the Audi side isn’t as populated. We have an E55 and a hybrid Toyota suv - his and hers - for daily use. A wide body 993 that will never leave. And a desire for a newer special occasion car. Fell free to suggest other relatively neutral sites to post on, pretty confident the responses at rennlist or R8talk would be predictable.
Looking for first hand responses, someone who has lived with one or both cars... 2012 to 2015 Carrera S or the same vintage R8 4.2, PDK or S tronic. Comfort, ease of entry and exit, reliability, mpg and drivability comparisons please.
