I purchased a 2012 CTT CPO recently and love it. I’m trying to fix a few things damaged from the previous owner. I’m trying to figure out how to get the shifter plate on the center console for the shifter. It looks like the previous owner must have jammed keys or something into it when the shifter was put into park. How do I remove it? I can get the shifter off just don’t know how to get the shifter plate off. Any help will be much appreciated.

Not all of it applies, but effectively once the shifter is off - the metal shifter plate is in place only with a few compression clips and so you just pull it out - I used some trim removal tools and it came out fairly easily.
