New to Cayenne. I've been trying to figure out how to configure a few things but the PCM appears to be very limited. Was hoping someone would confirm if it's possible to make the following configurations:

- Every time I start the car, the radio turns on with it at a volume level that annoys the **** out of me. This happens regarding if its on or off before the engine is cut off. Is there a feature to stop that?
- Is there a way to set the bluetooth to have it auto reconnect when I get back in the car?
- Can i set it so that when I unlock one door it unlocks all the doors?

This system just isn't smart at all. It's annoying. These are basic features and settings that could be adjusted on BMWs of the same year.

Turn the volume down before you get out.

NO!

Yes. In the menu you can set that.

My 2009 Lexus could do all that we ask here. But Not a Porsche on 2013!

 

Some argue that it’s a Porsche so convenience is second to performance which is horse**** considering this clearly isn’t built for the track and it’s an SUV.

I had the same thought of selling it for this reason but also because I had trouble adjusting to the 8-speed Tiptronic transmission. I’m still Baffled it wasn’t equipment with PDK. I learned that unless I’m using the paddles, it sucks to be in sport mode. The downshifting is awful.

 

The reason the Cayenne does not have PDK is due to the towing capabilities of the 8 speed tiptronic compared to a PDK transmission.
