Hi All,
I'm on the verge of purchasing a beautiful '09 Cayenne GTS with just under 30K miles and have been doing a ton of research getting to know the car. Coming from many years with BMW, there's a bit of a learning curve for me with the PCM.

I got the VIN decoded by Suncoast and all the options match up. One minor issue is that the decoder shows the car equipped with XM Satellite Radio, but when I press the Source button, only FM, AM, and Disc show up. The car has the iPod/Aux input in the center console, but that doesn't appear either.

Please see attached pics (for some reason they flip sideways when I upload) of the PCM unit showing version and history...any idea why XM and AUX might not show up? Everything about this car is flawless otherwise. Hoping to join your ranks in the next few days, but want to clear this up before I sign the dotted line.

is 20099 the old PCM or the new?

 

if it is old suncoast can sell a part to upgrade - i did it on my 2008 to get satellite

 

Thanks, it is the newer unit. I am sure it is capable of XM reception, just might be a software bug.
