I have a 2012 Cayenne S Hybrid, @160k miles, and I am having P0261A code. Pump itself is working, but the car think it's not working. I took it to my local Porsche dealer, and confirmed that the pump is working, and my DME is faulty. Is it possible for DME to fail like this ? I thought DME fails entirely, but according to the dealer, DME failed partially just for the secondary coolant pump. They tell me to replace DME with a new one What should I do ? Pump is working, but the car thinks it's not working, but it's not important, because pump is working. It triggers CEL, how can I permanently disable CEL and what do you guys think ?
