Online Services Option
Yes I have it, and unless I'm missing something it's no big deal. It integrates your iPhone to the extent you download AHA app which gives you Slacker radio and traffic, directions, dining etc. All,these of course except Slacker are available thru other PCM sources. Slacker can be individually downloaded apart from AhA and merely played through audio output on your phone through the car audio system via Bluetooth or direct cable. But Slacker is frought with bugs and area interruptions based on your phones signal strength. Like I said I may be missing the whole deal since I'm far from a techie but so far glad I only shelled out $250
Thanks for the feedback. My first inclination was to pass on this option. Then being the tech junkie I am, I thought I was missing out on something that might have the potential to be cool. After reading the feedback here I am glad I didn't opt for it. Thanks again guys.
We just took delivery of 2014 Cayenne Diesel with the Online Services option.
On both the iOS 6 and iOS 7, AHA Radio does not work consistently. Manually killing the AHA Radio iOS process on the iPhone, followed by a unplug/replug routine sometimes helps in regaining connectivity. I'm sure Porsche is pointing the finger at AHA Radio or iOS.
This is a widely reported issue. It's a shame they can't get this simple integration implemented correctly..

I'm beginning to think Porsche is innocent as it's AHAitself that sucks
Got online services hoping that AHA would eventually become useful.
Here is a link to Harman's website- they own AHA- and you can make up your own mind.

I downloaded Slacker Radio independent of friggin AHA and it works much better.
Whenever car is shut off however must go through reconnect procedure after start up as the integration goes right to ipod itunes even if Slacker selected.

With my Iphone 5 on IOS7, iTunes playlists are integrated with the PCM 3.1 using the lightning cable connected to the USB. Nowadays, I prefer using my Itunes radio playlist, rather than the AHA app. As others have said, the AHA connection is inconsistent.
I saw that Suncoast lists the Online Services for PCM on their site, but they indicate it is for 2013+ and requires dealer activation. Might be worth a call into them to see if also works with a 2012.
