So how many years do you think these filters were used before I changed them?
I know it probably depends a bit on where you live, but still...

These are the ones I replaced after purchasing my 2013 DB9 a few years back.


These are the ones after my 2 year service this week.
The cabin filters are carbon infused so they are not white when new.

 

Looks like you still had the original filters from the factory

 

Aston Martin air filters get dirty quick. Wouldn't go over two seasons without replacing.

 

If you inspect the engine filters they have a date code. This may give you an idea of last replacement within a year or so. Or may reveal that they are original fit. The date is usually blurry on the print surface at the intake edge.

 

so i found the date code on the engine filters - they were 6 years old
Cabin have to be factory ones- just so nasty

 

Hard to know when the filters were installed…I bought a 4 at a time…installed in pairs as needed…but are pretty dirty..
