• Stainless steel appliances
• Whirlpool tub in master bath

My asking price for this unit is $389,900 plus 1/2 half of the cost of upgrades for a total price of $397,600. The unit is expected to be completed in October 2006 and is directly accross from the clubhouse/fitness center/pool.

since i don't know that part of the country well, is this something that maybe considered for rental property??

 

Yes, abosolutely. I had bought this property with intent to rent it out as an investment, since then I've decided to move up into a nicer primary home. The property will be part of an association that limits rentals to 4 per year in order to reduce turnover of the unit.

The Naples area attracts thousands of snowbirds every winter, because of the climate, beaches, coastal boating, golf courses, and upscale demographics.
