Aston V8 Lease Deal???

I recently began shopping for a Vantage V8. I have seen 06 Coupes with about 5k miles available for mid-80's. I was prepared to purchase pre-owned until I came across this deal.

I've looked at cars from Bauer (OC) and Park Place (Bellevue) and just today saw this lease deal available.

For those with more knowledge and experience, is this a good deal?

I paid cash for mine and I've spent approximately $1400-1500 per month in depreciation alone. Unless I lost the cash in a bad investment, the lease would have been a MUCH better deal for me. There is something nice about being able to just turn it in at some point rather than dealing with selling it too.

I agree. That does appear to be a really good deal plus you have the use of your cash over the lease term and may be able to expense the entire lease payment. I always buy because I like to buy/sell on my schedule. So I pay a little more and I can't expense the whole thing though my business but it's mine and I sleep good at night knowing that.

that seems like a good deal. is the security deposit refundable? if so, even better.
