I saw a V8V sell at auction for a low price. I managed to track down where the car was purchased and asked the salesperson if he remembered the car. From his recollection, the fender and bumper were replaced. Is there a way to verify? On know on my '99M3, there are VIN stickers on the fenders, trunklid, doors, etc.

Thanks for the info! Turns out that I tracked down the original dealership and original salesperson who ordered the car. He remembered the car and remembered that delivery truck backed into the car where they repaired/repainted the hood and front bumper and replaced the grill and fender.

 

And let me guess, they will be shipped from China? Ban this @$$ !!!!!!!!!!
