Hmmm what one?

V8 Vantage or 911 TT as a daily? I have been looking at both. only problem is the V8 is RWD and in NE I will die... lol mind you I have a E55 as a daily now so I live... kinda...

Holson is infamous around these parts
have not driven a 911tt, but test drove C2 and C2s 997s and I think the 911 is slightly easier to live with (lighter gearbox, lighter clutch, slightly better visibility)

it's quite stiff and you can barely see anything out of it and at 11mpg (9mpg when i was in boston) i feel quite sh**ty...

The thing is, i kinda like the aston because it seems abit more... fun than the 997 its kinda why im going from the E55 to a new car. so im afraid the 997 will be alot like the E55 so thats why the Aston is abit more tantalizing.

I'll chime in on the North Easterner's discussion.

Going to get a set of 18" all-seasons for the winter, tried out aggressive braking on Saturday with 1/2" of snow on the ground, ABS kicked in way too early for my liking.

Never tried a 911 (gasp, am I the first one of the forum to admit this?), but so far I'm quite happy with the AMV8 as a DD. Heavy clutch is the only concern for some, but I like it heavy.

I think 911tt is a much easy car for daily drive, but I love my AMV8
