DBS Foggy Headlights

I recently bought a DBS, and for a week now, I noticed that the headlights got foggy..

Is that normal? does it happen with all AM DBS cars? If so, what is the fix for that??

I'll attach few pics..

If it burns off when the headlamps are on, normal. If not, then it is not normal.

It does burn, but if you drive in the afternoon, the headlight will look stained like that.. not a very good look, at night if you turn on the lights, you won't have this issue..
