A friend of mine is looking to purchase a 2010 V8 Vantage Roadster relatively soon. She called me, yes she, to get some advice on pricing. Has anyone purchase a V8 vantage recently who would give some pricing advice. Right now they have car with an MSRP of $154k.

Looking what others may have gotten off their car. PM's are welcome if you don't want to share the details of your deal but perhaps it would be helpful for others shopping for the same car.

I should note that last year my Dad was shopping for the same car and we were offered 30k off due to the need to move 09's off the lot to make room for 2010. So basically wondering if these types of deals are being had yet in the year. If so which dealerships as we aren't afraid to ship.

She should just go for the '09 with the 30k off...basically same car with a big discount!

 

Just look around online at different Aston dealers for any left over 2010 models and find the right color combo. Some dealers may already be out of 2010 models but you should be able to get 20-30K off MSRP for 2010 models...go for 30K off. Shipping is not a problem as dealer will recommend a shipper...probably $500-2000 depending on distance but make sure it is a closed "container". The 3 year warranty still applies from the date of sale.

 

Bought one months ago. PM sent. Do not even consider where the car is located, shipping is a nominal cost compared to having the car you want.
