ok, i go back and forth on whether to buy used on the low end ($60's) or the higher end ($90's). Buying on the low end means no warranty, but just about fully depreciated. For those on here that have bought used in the $60's, can you tell me how long you have owned and what if any issues have you occurred?

 

Buy on the low end. Get on with lower miles if available. I bought an 06 with just 14000k on it that's about 8700 miles. Make sure timing cover seal has been replaced as they all seem to leak and mucho dinero to fix if it hasn't been done during warranty period.

 

I've owned my 2007 V8V since new, some minor things in first six months of warrenty - no issues after that.

 

smokey can you elaborate on the timing cover? I haven't noticed any oil anywhere, so am I good? I bought at 14k miles, its now at 22k

 

Zambono, the cover seal leaks on cars that have been sitting there and not driven for the most part. Its not so common on cars that are driven regularly.
