Charger or Aston problem

hello all,

I have problem to say the least strange. I wanted to put my battery charging with the charger and plug in Aston boot. So I insert the plug into the opening provided for that purpose and, oddly, the charger did not light (lights). As the battery was fine, I'm not asked a question. When I wanted to put for the winter, I noticed that the charger still does not charge the battery. I asked my mechanic Aston lend me another charger and it's the same problem. So I check all my fuses, one by one, and they are all ok.
Now my battery is dead and I do not know what to do.
Someone had this problem?

Thank you for your help

Vincent

Is your charger plugged in to an outlet that works?

I think you imply that the outlet in the trunk is not working. It sounds like a yellow fuse under the passenger foot well is blown. You can replace easily....remove the passenger floor mat and take out the 4 screws holding the Aluminium plate. Then find the blown fuse...can't remember the number but look in the manual. Go ahead and charge your battery for 1 day using the outlet inside the car. Let us know how it goes.

In my case, the trunk outlet fuse blew twice cause the tire inflator was bad and it blew the fuse every time I plugged in. Dealer gave me new tire inflator under warranty.

Does the charger light up if you plug it in to the auxiliary socket/lighter socket in the center console?
