Tungsten Silver

Anybody have the paint code for this color handy?

I bought an item from the UK for my 07 V8V and the seller has offered to take it to a Jag paint shop and get it painted prior to shipping. How much of a match would it be if I just supply a paint shop with the code but not a part to match? I don't know if the color fades with time.

Just saw another thread where gekko identified the paint code as: Tungsten Silver - AST1262

Can anyone verify?

Most people dont know it, but there's a sticker inside of the compartment on the left-hand side (where the satnav disk would be if you have it) of the trunk with your paint code. It's a bit hard to see, but just poke around with a flashlight. The sticker is high up in the compartment. At least it's easier to get to than the one in the engine bay.

I just bought some Meteorite Silver touchup paint (bottle & pen) from Micro Finish LLC & the match is perfect. I use it to touch up the bottom of the front spoiler which is almost impossible not to scrape some of the time. The contact info for Micro Finish is 1-888-710-5192; www.automotivetouchup.com
