Reset Alarm and parking sensor

Two issues/questions.
BP 05'
1) had to replace my rear parking sensor, middle one on right it's flush and pointing correctly still alrming as it's not working. does this have to be reset

2) also had to replace my battery, did it a local shop, now have warning message alrm system requires service i assume it is a reset or something how can i do it myself, live 200 miles from dealer

#1. No there is no way for you to reset it, it needs to go to a dealer to erase the codes. When you put the car in reverse do you get a audible beep for about 5 secs or so?

#2 Yea sounds like you need a alarm sounder. Could try and erase the codes, but again need dealer tool for that. There is a thread about is one. https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...-location.html

AMFIXER

I have similar issue
When putting in R I DO HEAR THE BEEP FOR FEW SECONDS
I had dissconected battery, doors and I had replace black horns (in front of the radiator)
Now I am able to lock and unlock the car with remote but no sound or chirp.
