I wish Aston Martin made a hardtop convertible for their models, especially the V8V.

with their low production numbers, not worth the R&D costs, or else they have to jack up the price badly

VH platform would not take a folding roof.
The sound and weather proofing on the roadster is pretty good and they don't tend to get used as winter drives so no real demand for HT's
Besides a true HT would stop you putting the roof down.

The Aston ragtop is excellent, you really wouldn't know you weren't in a hard topped car.

I agree the rag top is excellent, I have also an SLK and the sound proofing and isolation is on par with it. Plus I love the look of the rag top!!!
