kba,
I noticed you own a 2010 V8V and you had the RSC sportshift remap done. As I have been considering this for my 2010 V8V, would you mind sharing/describing the improvement it has made from stock? Thanks!

Wow, that road looks like fun!! I used to go camping at Whiskeytown Lake all the time as a kid. I was too young to appreciate roads like that, though. If only I didn't live on the wrong coast these days!

From telum01: "Wow, that road looks like fun!! "
I can tell you it was a lot more fun for me than for my wife in the right-seat. After about an hour she said, "How much longer" and I said, "Oh, about another hour!". Roads like this is one of the main reasons I wanted a Manual transmission.

When did driving gloves become a "thing" again? I think I put mine away in the 90's

Driving gloves make you look cool, give you +20HP and... make you look cool!

I think they make you look like you should be driving a 3000 Healey with the top down and sporting a beret on your bald spot. But for 20HP?! I'll dig mine out!

Good Video

Side Note: I think the Gloves just make the driver look and think like they are being serious ie.... shifting faster, taking corners at 10 and 2 under full control of course. Just wouldn't be the same driving experience without the gloves.

Similar to when a Subaru driver puts on driving gloves. Makes them feel like they are moving fast and their driving is special.

There were more gloves in that video than a cat burglars convention.

I have an old pair I can use in the winter, but I bought a new pair and I can't even keep hold of the wheel with those things, so I can't drive with them [no, they're not driving gloves, they're please keep my hands warm, it's freaking cold out gloves]. I've just never had a problem grasping the wheel with bare hands.

But I'll do about anything for 20 extra horsepower
