Squeaking Engine

My engine is making a squeaking noise on cold start while warning up. It usually gradually disappears after 3 to 5 minutes. I posted a video I made yesterday. It is probably coming from the belt I guess the rubber squeaks when cold. Do any of you ever experience this? Is it time to change the belt?

Almost certain its your driving belt and pulley. Its about a $380 + tax fix at the dealership. Will fix the problem right away and shouldn't come back.

Thank you Patel. I have to get it serviced anyway but now I know how much the fix would be.
