Finally finished up the coilover install tonight and I am so happy. Took her for a short shake down run that included some speed bumps to test it out and she felt great... completely changed from the mushy stock suspension. There were no random squeaks or rattles.
Thank you to all that helped and gave advice. Special thanks to AZ996TT who helped me with the last corner and 32krazy! who gave me some advice over the phone.
Going to do a little more shakedown this week and then get an alignment.

Don't drive too far before you get an alignment, your tires will thank you for it. Last time I swapped out the suspension on my Boxster, I had 1" of total toe-out up front!
The car was a little "darty" to say the least!
Any more pics showing the new ride height? I have read that the amount of lowering when following the Bilstein specs maxes out at around an inch or so?? Curious to see what your final height looks like.
Fair enough, if u wana go down a bit fit a C4S front lip to get the extra clearance.
Hey Tim,
How much did you lower your car from stock height. I'm thinking about 10mm front and 5 rear.
I cant really go any lower as I'm already scraping with 4S spoiler.
