I love this forum. Last week my drivers side window suddenly stopped working. Then two minutes later the passanger window wouldn't work. I did a search on this forum for possible causes/fixes and sure enough, there was the whole procedure. If I had to do it again, I would go straight to the fuses for both windows in the cabin fuse box, and then reset the window down/open position. Thanks to everyone for posting procedures like this and saving me a trip to the dealership.
