I'm at least keeping it until the Petit Le Mans in October. Not sure about after that. Maintenance has been a non-issue so far. You just need to be careful when washing and no powered buffing. This stripe is coated with a protective outer layer, but all matte vinyl will develop a gloss if you buff/rub it too hard.

Premier has a matte film with a pearlized flake that still lets to original color of your car come through. I've seen this photos of this on a few cars and it looks stunning.

Here's an example:

A different color may work in a matte, but just keep in mind that most are pretty conservative in their color choices for Astons and some will not react well if you go with a color that is too far off the beaten path.
+1

Although I did see one at a show in Carbon Fibre wrap and it looked amazing!

I got matte white wrap and very pleased with the results, however, keeping it clean is indeed a b***h.

I didn't touch the grill and it's stock. I went to EMC in Fremont (Referred by Ferrari owner friend) since they practically did the same job as the other well known place in Fremont but charged around 30% less. They also did the black powder coating on the wheels and that was a MAJOR improvement. Car definitely gets noticed a lot more than before, which is arguably not always a good thing
