annoying rattle behind passenger seat - V8V convertible

even over the slightest road imperfection, there's a tiny rattling sound coming from the panel behind the passenger seat. My car is not under warranty anymore. Any ideas what this rattle could be?

Mine's just been in for this
There are several things that could cause it
Check nothing is lose in the tool kit first
Most common is the cubby hole moving
Sometimes the roof cover is not down tight enough
