Are the 3 V8V sills all interchangable?

Are the 3 V8V sills all interchangable?
Do the original, N400 and V12/S sills fit all cars without modification? My dealer says they would have to modify the car to put V12/S sills on a '13 car with the N400 sills on it....

Yes they are. No issues at all. But beware when you take off your original part as they can break very easilly.

nothing major needs to be done. its pretty much direct fit.
