I think Brembos are directional (the venting vanes inside the rotor are curved) and if I remember correctly are all designed so the slots face the other direction. The slots themselves don't really matter, but the vanes inside do.

I'll check my OEM Brembo rotors when I get home this evening to confirm, they're sitting in my garage and I can take a couple shots of the vanes.

couple of close ups

I hit a large pothole a month or so ago and had to get all new tires, went with the Michelin PSS and, as already discussed many times on the forum, they are much better than the stock Pirellis on the V12V ... I digress, while I had the tires off, I snapped a couple of shots:

rear, right CCB:

Well the slots are definitely backwards. I'm fairly certain that the vanes are directional. I'll double check tonight to be sure. If nothing has gone catastrophically wrong by now, you're fine

Worst case scenario that I can imagine is you may have taken a little life off your hubs/bearings, or rotors or something. The vanes are there to help vent the heat generated from braking. Directional vanes need to be pointed the right direction to work properly.

This is a picture of my 2007, press L in flickr to enlarge. You can clearly see the direction of the vanes are opposite the direction they are on your car. I agree they are the wrong direction on your car.
