Yes, you can be hub adapter plates made, they might even already be avail for the conversion you want.. but on a V8V, the pattern is not rare..

Correct, the bolt pattern on the Aston is 5x114.3 which is common on a lot of Japanese wheels. However if you want to use wheels from a Porsche you will need a 5x130 to 5x114.3. Keep in mind you'll need to compensate the thickness of the adapter with the offset and width of the wheel to ensure you're not sticking out too much.

As an example, can I use these?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/19-Staggered...7042fd&vxp=mtr
Front wheel specs:
19 X 8.5
5x114.3 pattern
Offset: +35 (Stock OEM offset is 46mm, therefore I would need an 11mm spacer to make it work?)
Rear wheels specs
19 X 9.5
5x114.3 pattern
Offset: +35 (Stock offset is 59mm, therefore I would need a 24mm spacer?)
Offset sort of works backward to the way you think it should. You won't need spacers with those offsets, but the rears might extend out too much.
Here's an offset calculator: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp
