Boaz, I'm sure you've seen my car a million times but I have the blacked out window trim. I'll be doing the hood and side vent meshes next, but probably not the front grill...

It looks great on your car, was curious about a black one. Just ordered the side and hood mesh in black and getting a black grill from another member. i can always switch back.
Not sure what to do with the window trim yet???

With a very thin vinyl wrap. One large piece that covered the whole side daylight opening, and installed in situ without having to remove the bright work. I did at first think that I would have to remove the bright work in order to wrap all the B-surface return flanges, but the guy that did it said that to remove them was not necessary and he was right. When he applied the heat gun the wrap contracted tightly around the bright work, and with a little help from a thin spatula, he easily tucked it under the seals to create a close to factory appearance IMO.

Looks great, and I can revert back should either I or a future owner decide to switch back to the bright. I did originally look at having the brightwork painted at the same time as my rear bumper was off for painting, but the paint shop recommended against it and that I wrap instead given other cars that they had seen.

Easily reversible if you don't like the effect.

I wonder if the material can withstand the heat from the engine or exhaust. It might make a mess if the melting point is too low.
