Open top roadser/racers.

Beyond that, I see next to no similarities.

Primarily, I see that the CC is rather pretty and the BMW is just horrible to look at. Seriously, I hadn't thought I liked the CC much (and there are still things I don't like about it), but by comparison, it's elegant.

That thing is hideous. Front end is like a camaro's ugly cousin.
