Still grinnin'

First just wanted to thank the folks who post here for all the information available. I spent a lot of time going through the forum here before deciding on my new (to me) 2006 Almond Green DB9.

Had 4K miles on it, which I have increased by 500 in the last two weeks :-)

Every time I drive it I still get a grin on my face. Hope that lasts a while...

Well done and congratulations. I noticed that car was missing from the Park Place AM website the other day.

Get yourself out to Exotics at Redmond Town Center on a sunny Saturday -- we need more Astons!

It's a non-denominational gathering of enthusiasts (Ferrari, Porsche, Lambo, Aston, McLaren, etc) that meet on dry Saturday mornings. See http://www.exoticsat.com/

Great people, 200+ rare & interesting cars on good days from early spring through late fall. I drive 150 miles each way to attend a few times a year, and have been there for British Car day the last 2 years running.

That looks interesting. Never even knew the event existed. Supposed to nice this weekend, maybe I'll take a run over there and see what's what.

Thanks for the tip.

Congrats! About the grin lasting, I still get a grin every time I drive my V8V, and I've had it 4 years.

Fantastic green. I kind of wished I got a proper British color. Had mine for 9 months. Still look forward to every chance I get to drive it.

When it gets to the point where you have to start shelling out benjies for maintenance just keep on grinnin' and say "thank you sir, may I have another?" It's worth it.......almost as necessary as oxygen or good booze............Thank you Mssrs. Aston and Martin..............
