Cable routing from engine bay to cabin

Hi everyone,

I'm installing some laser jammers in front of my V12V and I'm trying to figure out how to route the cables from the front engine bay into the cabin, any grommets on the firewall I can use or any other way to get cables into the cabin?? everything is really crowded there and can't find anything I can use...

Any help will be really appreciated.

Regards,

Pablo

Not sure about Aston Martin, but I'm sure you could try this trick...works in most other cars...

Remove any trim panels just above the pedal cluster on the driver's side. Climb down there and look just above your pedals on the firewall. 9 times out of 10 you'll see a pretty easily accessible grommet just above the pedals. Carefully poke a small screwdriver or pick through it...and leave it there. Then go into the engine compartment and look for it with a flashlight. My guess is you'll find it pretty easily somewhere just below the firewall bulkhead. Hope that helps...

Good idea Tom,

Will look down there to see if I can find a grommet I can use.

Thanks for the help!

Thanks a lot Tom,

Found a grommet above the clutch pedal, I used it to get throught the firewall with the cables I needed. Its a very tight space on the engine side, but taking your time you can do it safely without damaging anything.

Thanks again!

Pablo
