Stucat is infamous around these parts
thanks , but the DBS is different, of course, the DBS is not flat all around has 2 steps about 1/4" difference in height, as the carbon fiber pieces are bolted on to create the step.

I looked into a skid plate for my 2006 DB9, but decided against it because it made the clearance even smaller. I back into parking spaces when possible, but still occasionally pull in frontwards. Concrete bumpers and steep driveways are still a nemesis for these cars with minimal front clearance. The clear bra that I applied helps a little, but I still just go ahead and have the scraped portion of the lower edge painted about every two years. The cost is minimal and it restores the terrific appearance of the car from the front. Also, the scrapes are fairly difficult to see unless one bends down and looks specifically at that area of the car.

The other issue with the 09 DBS is the outer wings? they are carbon filer $$$, and is lower that the middle section. most add 5/16 to 3/8 " . I can live with less clearance for the cost of the carbon fiber. Mine have a few small scratches.
