I recently installed the dension gateway into my DB9 and had a real difficult time unplugging the radio. There was not enough slack in the radio harness for me to view and unplug the unit. What i had to do was un do the radio harness tie by the passenger side below the glove box and then still use a fair amount of force to stretch the radio far enough out so I could reach in from below the radio and unplug the unit blind.

I think there must be a better way of unplugging the radio any thoughts guys?

 

Sorry man. Blind is the way we do it. The is no slack in the harness to get to the plugs. Start from the bottom and work your way up.

 

Well that makes me feel a little better lol. When i was doing the install i thought there must be a better way to unplug everything but i guess there isn't.
