That's a pretty reasonable offer for your S. I sold my 2011 S last year for around the same price. You'll get more if you sell private but not much. I'd still say 150k for the V12 and see where it goes.

I would say that the price of $165k is a little high, maybe $5k. Do you avoid sales tax on the trade car value in Texas? if so, the trade value is probably about right. In any case, getting the extra year warranty is worth about $4k so a difference of $60k sounds reasonable to me.
