How heavy is truck lid on DB9?

My 2009 AM DB9 (new for me) trunk lid feels quite heavy to me. Once I unlock the trunk I almost need 2 use 2 hands to pull it open. It stays up once it's open, closes properly when pushed down.

If this heavy lid a norm or my trunk lid gas struts are bad?

Thanks.

V12V is infamous around these parts
They are heavy. New struts couldn't hurt.

Funny you mention that. I had a 2013 Corvette as a rental this week, and while I was thoroughly disappointed in the vette, I specifically took notice of how light the trunk lid is in comparison.
I've nearly knocked myself out picking up my head out of the AM trunk as my struts have wilted under the weight of my lead boot lid.
