Also, something to note. As a passenger you get 4 hot laps but if you drive, you get 4 laps. Wondering if this 4 laps = 1 warm up, 2 hot laps, 1 cool down.

Honestly I don't care too much about driving the GT4, I'm not good enough to make use of all that power anyways.

Maybe I'll stop by anyways and just get a general admission to check out the event. Maybe do the lunch too.
They don't really say what the event consists of, if you're not driving or getting a ride.

Also the other event worth going is WEC at COTA in Austin around sept. You can get up and personal with the factory AMR team.

 

From what I read, you can drive your own car in the track in a controlled environment probably following a lead car. Anyway sounds like an awesome event! Hope to see some of you there.

 

I might take you up on that. Still debating to do a friday-sunday or a sat-sun. Planning to drive on the PCH either to or from... still taking shape.
