How to remove door Wood trim panel from DB9

My wood trim is looking dull and faded.
I am planning to wrap it in 3M Vinyl wood grain wrap.
I found direction for how to remove center ski slop trim but cant figure out how to remove door wood trim inserts.

I know I can use knifeless tape and just install wrap with trim in place but then there is risk that in HOT Florida weather vinyl may start separating.

Thanks.

You have to remove the whole interior door card. Once off, you'll see the screws on the back of the door card that hold the caps. Here's the step-by-step: http://documents.clubexpress.com/doc...6zF8pJ5A%3d%3d

But don't wrap it -- refinish it. An Aston Martin interior is no place for vinyl woodgrain.

Thanks you Yvr that was very quick response
that's the plan try vinyl wrap costs only $ 50 total if don't like it get wood refinished.
I contacted one guy he quoted I think $ 650 to refinish wood trim (that's I have to mail him the parts)

Got some like-new piano black pieces if you want to try something different. PM if interested.

Thanks XJRs but my car is gold color, with beige and chocolate interior, so I don't thin piano black will look that good

attempted to install wood trip vinyl wrap today.Tore vinyl while installing on ski slope center console
was able to install on one door wood trim, it looks quite good to me excelt some wrinkles and bubbles I got in. I will be ordering more material and try reinstalling it next week.

I think this is a viable option considering how expensive new inserts could be.

here are the pictures. my main problem is ski slope, so to match I have to do all.
