Marker Lite
First if all, it's probably good etiquette to make a first post introducing yourself rather than immediately starting to ask questions and expecting people to help you.
That being said, you can access the rear marker lights by removing the rear wheel liners, but it is a very tight squeeze and the posts for fastening the lights are plastic and rather delicate so it's difficult to do and you run the risk of breaking them. You can easily replace the bulb itself without taking the bumper.

Anyway Frank Little live in Virginia Beach, 06 db9 volante, and I'll check to make sure pictures are posted. Thanks Frank
So with the delicacy it's best just to take to body shop and drop the bumper like the shop manual say's. I in the middle as far as dealers, Greensboro NC or Vienna Va both 3 1/2 drives each way. Thanks Frank
Well, if your handy with tools, you could at least take a peek by removing the wheel well liner. Just know that those plastic posts on the marker lights seem to get mangled by the self-threading nuts and are easy to break. Whatever you do, don't over-torque them.
