Sorry, Twin supercharged

Was searching around for power options for my DBS and came across this interesting thread. Anyone here know who built this kit or heard anything else about this?

While we are talking about it, is it possible to get 650hp out of a DBS with basic boltons?

 

You could probably get 600hp NA, not sure why you would do FI for just 50 more HP, better off staying NA anyways. The aston chassi wasn't really designed to handle much more from a grip standpoint

 

The link says the car is supercharged and has 750 hp.

 

Ah misread, was going off his 650 number my bad. I think 600 NA is possible but would require every mod in the book as it is 100hp/L. ... Beyond that is highly unlikely

 

FWIW, I like the idea of supercharging over turbocharging if those are the only choices (actually prefer NA). Assume the exhaust note would lose a lot of character if it was choked by some turbines.

 

Yes your right. Its not Twin Turbo but Twin Supercharged.

 

Your right, the note would change dramatically with turbos. I love this twin supercharger set up!
