Two pieces are loose

Hi. 2009 V8VR and have two pieces coming loose that I could use guidance with.

1) The drivers door inset panel is loose at the top corner above the window control. I've tried pushing it in assuming a loose clip. but it doesn't want to "stay" in place. Any ideas?

2) The chrome trim on the passenger door comes loose (lifts up) above the door handle. I'd guess it was glued and maybe that let go?

Other than that, 17k miles and running strong!

Thanks for the advice!

1> lost me there, you talking about the speaker grill..there nothing above the switch on the panel besides the top half of the panel and the grill

2> You need a new exterior chrome waist seal for the window, I've tried it all and can't get them to stay on once they keep coming off.
