Pretty sure the battery is in the same location. Is the DBS a 2+0 configuration with no back seats?

I assumed it would be in the same place, under the parcel shelf.

Believe it or not, Aston Martin actually recommends removing the RHS front (passenger) seat in order to remove and replace the battery
  1. Remove the right side front seat.
  2. Remove the right heelboard.
  3. Disconnect the negative battery cable. [Always disconnect the earth (- ve) terminal first.]
  4. Disconnect the positive battery cable.
  5. Remove the three screws that attach the heelboard bracket to the body and remove the bracket.
  6. Remove the two bolts that attach the battery clamp to the body and remove the clamp.
  7. Disconnect the battery vent pipe and remove the battery.
