Scottsdale Aston Martin...Unique Experience
I feel fortunate (lucky) to have purchased quite a number of sports and exotic cars over the last 20 years. Most of the experiences have gone well, with a few exceptions....
If any of you have been to the Penske 'exotic auto row' in Scottsdale, you can appreciate the eye candy sprinkled everywhere. Originally, I had no intention of purchasing a car, just stopped by to admire the wide array of Supercars.
Then, my eyes caught a glimpse of a beautiful Rapide S (the first one I had seen in person), and it stopped both my wife and I in our tracks for entirely different reasons. I received a warm welcome by the AM team. Shortly after, a TRANSFORMATION took place . I was no longer just browsing, I found myself seriously contemplating a purchase.
The Scottsdale AM team CREATED a unique experience. Distinctly different from my past ones with Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Mercedes, Audi, etc.. They REDEFINED 2 words: CUSTOMER and EXPERIENCE. At one point I felt like I was being adopted by the 'Scottsdale AM family'. I mingled with my extended family; including the GM as well as members of the Service, Sales, Management, and Finance teams. They made the process enjoyable, efficient, simple, and yet thorough. They proactively took great care of every detail, and found a way to exceed my expectations which; admittedly, is no easy task. I didn't necessarily make it easy for them, but they certainly made it easy for me.
Special thanks and appreciation to MaryAnna (sales), Beli (GM), and Larry (Finance) for creating an unforgettable and positive experience. They are true professionals and outstanding ambassadors for Aston Martin!

Proud to be an owner of my first ASTON MARTIN, a 2014 RAPIDE S ! And I definitely know where I will be going to get my next one...

I share having a very good buying experience with MaryAnna, Beli and the team, as well as Burke, who spent a good 45 minutes at the end of his day going over systems, etc with me before my drive back to LA.
