Very easy fix. The bulb is a common part that can be had for about $40. Look in your manual for the exact type. You can search this forum and find quite a few extensive DIY threads regarding replacing that bulb. Basically you need to remove the front wheel and on the inside of the inner fender liner, directly behind the fixture in question there's a plastic access panel. Behind that panel is the back of the light fixture. Pop off the rubber caps to gain access to the inside and then it's pretty straight forward. Hope that helps.. Good luck.
