Are the LED headlamps on the late model vantage brighter then the early models?

Are the LED headlamps on the late model vantage brighter then the early models?
I saw a v12vs in person for the first time and it appeared the LEDs are significantly brighter then those on my v8v. When did aston up the LED lumons on the headlamps?

I had a 2007 and the lights were the same as my 2013 (V8 Vantage).

the HID headlamps were an option on the early models.

The OP is referring to the LEDs and no, they aren't any brighter in newer cars.
