A few questions about a used 2007 Vantage SportShift

As a former 2007 manual transmission owner, I noticed on a test drive of the SportShift that when in D it kind of shudders when starting off. Is that normal? When shifting using the paddles are you supposed to lift the throttle between shifts? And how do you go into Park? Sorry for the elementary questions, but I don't have an owner's manual with me.

Also, do the bumps beside the rear license plate tend to get loose and how do you fix that?

Most importantly, how do you get clear rear lamps / installed for cheap?!! Or at least how do you test a used pair to make sure it works?

The sport shift is a little hard to figure out at first but you will get better at it with time, lift the throttle between shifts to make upshifts a little smoother.

Just click on the "N" and pull the handbrake that's (Park).

I too was a former 2007 6 speeder. After i start my 09 sportshift, i wait about 30 seconds to allow the clutch to find it's 'kiss' measurement before selecting a gear, then things act much smoother. It took me about a minute to get used to lifting the gas between shifts, and i let it downshift automatically which it does in manual mode. Once getting used to it i prefer the sportshift. Yes its kinda raw and not perfect but its involving enough to be enjoyable if you allow it to be, and no heavy clutch pedal while in city traffic.

I forgot to add, the dealer once told me when i start the car i have to wait for the red like to show on the "N" and then drive.

Clutch learning will help , 6-10 seconds after starting. If it's not too bad. Transmission engages a gear when key is switched off, that's 50% of park. The other 50% is the handbrake. I'd stay away from used clear lights. Many leak or have faults.

Thanks for the info

Are the brake pad wear sensors interchangeable for front and rear, and is it necessary to replace them every time (let's say they are at 2.5mm but haven't triggered the sensors yet)?

No, pad sensors don't interchange with rear. You should install new sensors with new pads. Not worth doing twice the work.
