If you are up for it and available, you should consider bringing your new ride to the Caffeine and Exotics event at Lennox this Sunday. It is a really fun event and a great way to meet some other enthusiasts.

Hey Batman, they usually will cancel in the event of inclement weather, but it is supposed to be OK tomorrow so I think it will happen. They have a Facebook page which I think they are pretty active on so if it does not happen, they'll post it there. To get your car in, you can register on the website I posted earlier. I'm sure they'd find a way to slide your gorgeous new ride in tomorrow!

Great seeing you at the show - and the car looks even better in person!

For those of you in the ATL area that haven't been out, it is quickly becoming an awesome show with a spectacular variety of high-end vehicles. This past weekend there were about 10-15 AMs among the ~150 vehicles in attendance. The star of the show was undoubtedly a new Porsche 918 - very cool to see it in person!

Batman - hopefully we'll be able to make this meetup a regular thing and maybe we can get a drive together with some of the other AM owners that were there as well.

Where abouts in the ATL do you roam?

I drive my DBS everyday from Stone Mountain to Marietta across the top end of 285 in the mornings, and down through town (sort of) and out 78 East in the evenings (back to the big rock). I invested in a Bel STiR and 5 AL Priority "parking assist" shifters

Will you be driving yours much?

i live in the suburbs of Alpharetta, and was planning on taking it to Motorcars of Georgia, unless someone has better suggestions :-)

Sounds like there are a number of Atlanta AM owners around here, like Mindscaoe said, we should plan a ride... Who's interested?

I've always found it strange that I can always find people to ride the Ducati with, but car people are less likely to get together for rides, or social outings :-/

 

I'm in Alpharetta as well. Haven't made any of the car shows and my kids' activities keep me busy on the weekend but would love to get together some time.

 

I'm up in the Roswell area and take the car down to Dunwoody for work - mostly back roads though.

Drive it on the weekends when the weather is nice a lot in a bunch of areas as well - Roswell, Alpharetta, Perimeter, Buckhead.

I would definitely be up for some weekend drives.

 

Sorry to dredge up an older post, but would any locals care share if they're aware of any AM mechanics/shops other than MoG?
